she refuses to give people her real name, and insists on being called “The Chief” or some form there of. ~~(this is because I don’t have a clever name yet)~~
The Landlord of the building Sam & Max’s office vacates. I’m not sure how she became one because there is no way she is qualified.
They never pay their “DAMN RENT”, but, she’s given up after so many years. She now just sends eviction notices in the form of monthly check-ups to make sure the pair are still alive and kicking.
To her, Sam & Max are “Big Guy” and “Little Guy”, respectively. She nicknames just about anyone and everything.
INCLUDING her double barrel shotgun, Barry. Not unlike her tenants, she’s rather trigger happy. Noise somewhere? Shoot at it. Can’t open something? Shoot at it. Machine acting up? Shoot at it-
A hypocrite. For example, she doesn’t allow smoking in the building, but, is often found with a cigarette on extremely stressful days. Her excuse is “It’s my damn building.”
Doesn’t live in her building, but, spends so much of her time in her office you’d think she did.

She doesn’t mind all of the zany antics that happen around her. Expect her to kind of shrug them off and read a newspaper, or tag along because she has nothing better to do with herself.
Has a PhD in neuroscience that she has done literally nothing with.
