Chill stickman who only speaks through sign language. He often creates his own signs when he doesn't know how to describe something. The words on his face tend to change in response to things, usually in a comical manner, but it seems to have another significance as well.
Primary weapon is an oversized, advanced sniper rifle that packs one hell of a punch.
