Profile

Plasticine, known as Plasti by her loved ones, had been frail ever since she was born. By adulthood, her body wore a lifetime of illness and pain. Perhaps a childhood of receiving love upon a hospital bed was what led her to marry a doctor. The two of them were opposites, yet this endeared them to each other. She reminded Potterswheel of patience, especially its virtue in his practice, and he insisted she could not stay in her shell forever. In all their years together, those who knew them say it seemed she was one of few people he enjoyed caring for.

She worked at Thomas Bowdler Library for the peaceful atmosphere, rather than any salary. There, she could spend time with her closest friend, Francis Censordoll. Despite their drastically different dispositions and methods, the two of them shared a desire for order. Unlike her friend, Plasti was much less inclined toward frontline activism. Instead, she preferred solitary reflection and study to explore her beliefs. As such, Censordoll’s rampant desire for suppression was often reigned in by her. Inversely, sometimes Plasti found herself being pushed into action with her companion’s righteous insistence.

Being reserved, she lacked friends due to her inclination to mainly observe others. Within the company of her few confidants, she could finally open up. Despite how private she was, she had a reputation for being benevolent, especially amongst those who frequented the library. She remembered the visitors, asked about their books, and helped dig out material that had been hidden away by her fellow librarian.

Opposed to the objectivity of her religion, she judged matters on an individual basis, which may have contributed to her inclinations to keep to herself. After all, she had views and practices that would not mesh with what was dictated in the holy book, such as a purse full of pills, and the stains of masochism that decorated her bed sheets- both of which ultimately led to her demise.
