Stormy is the daughter of a very high ranking agent and has had The Agency as a major force her entire life. She was a very awkward and emotional child which led to verbal bulling. The kids knew not to attack her. Her parents were loving but unaware and a little distant during her tween and teen years. She was expelled from school when she violently fought back against her bullies and was forced into The Agency at a young age.
