Rocko

Personality: Rocko is by all accounts a goofball and a fun-lover, he's hard-set on finding a game in everything, everything is funny! He'll try to pass on his cheerfulness to others if he can, takes almost nothing seriously, and has most likely attempted to laugh his way out of a tricky situation many times, with widely varying outcomes as a result. He's very care-free and chipper, often walking around with a youthful spring in his step!
