Normally, a demon has to be summoned from the underworld via a ritual. However, Pegram is the demon actually in charge of creating and maintaining the portals opened by these acts. She can create one where she wants and when she wants. It's a fearsome ability, yet something she uses for things varying from meaningless, petty everyday stuff like fetching a cold soda can from the fridge, to smuggling rare goods from the human world so she can sell them for money and favors down in Hell. She loves pranks, though detests being pranked herself.
