⇨ Cloning comes from her mother quirk, Water manipulation comes from her father's quirk and she inherited both quirk when she grows up.

⇨ Cloning - she can produces 2-3 clones of herself most of the time, but not continuously, her mother told about the weakness which leads to numbness and dizzy feeling. 

⇨ Water Manipulation - She produces water from her body and control it with accuracy and techniques that her father taught him.
