Neo is based off of the 3ds map Neo Bowser City and the character Dry Bowser.I used to be a Dry Bowser main and Neo Bowser City was my favourite map on the Wii U Mario Kart. Dragon was my first MK gijinka ^^

Neo does government shit and likes to drive around on a motorbike and occasionally races people. Ze also has a pet chain-chomp.

Story

While Neo is a king, ze doesn't really do much ruling and most of the important stuff is handled by zir government.

Neo takes the name 'Neocity' while racing. While this name was originally used to hide dragons identity, dragon now uses it to show pride in dragons home.

Zir last name is 'Serr' so people can go 'Yes sir Serr' hehe haha
