HTML is not able to change TH's default site structure, you need premium to access CSS in order to edit that
There are HTML that can mimic appearances of CSS features

Oh! If you have premium css I’m sure there’s css snippets if you just want to change the background color maybe looking around 8byte or aurorean’s accounts
