| Sassy • Cunning • Jokester [The rat has stolen my documents!] Part of a defunct British surveillance project, Raz is a cyborg-rat hybrid programmed to gather information and intelligence. With the help of his mechanical tail, he can squeeze his way up and around the internal structure of buildings, piping, or rubble that even the most adept of regular rodents find challenging. Along with his enhancements is the ability to see into the infrared and ultraviolet light spectrums. Though Raz emanates a carefree and jovial kind of attitude, his programming drives him to be perpetually in search of new information. He won't refuse a conversation with an interesting individual, and even if they're put on edge by his appearance at first, strangers quickly and easily warm up to him.
