| Mournful • Elegiac • Persevering Gloomdogs are still cool, right? An incredibly depressing specimen, Threnody is basically a walking zombie - a Frankenstein monster of decaying body parts. She seems to have little awareness of who she is, where she came from, or why or how she even exists at all. Her only driving force is a mission to "find her heart" (whatever that means) which pretty much just results in her wandering aimlessly, forever. It's not clear if she herself even knows what she is looking for. Quite nimble with a needle and thread, Threnody repairs her body parts with stitches or bandages - often a futile and temporary fix, compounded by her body constantly oozing an inky black sludge. She will also accessorize with bright colors in an attempt to combat her gloomy appearance. Threnody is intelligent and can speak, but will only do so using poetry, song lyrics, laments, or other crypic verses. |
