This Pikachu just really loves to break things. He's only with team rocket because they let him break things and commit many crimes. He loves crime. But not in the hurting people way, more in the I Hate Rules way. He also loves food. That's the other reason he's with team rocket, is for the food. He's very loud and kinda obnoxious but in the fun way.
