A dragon who is mortally linked to atrophy. As a child he was abandoned in the forest and was near death. The mycelium in the woods around him resonated with his desire to return and take vengeance on those who left him. They entered into his body and brought him back to life.

The place in the forest where he became what he is now is a feared place, a grove of blood-red fungi that bloom from the trees and from the ground. This fungi is infused with vicious grief and anger so that any who go near it will feel ill and afraid. This same fungi sprouts from his body and forms a mycelial crown around the parts of him that have begun to rot away.

His powers are little-known. He can appear out of shadows and see through mirrors. It is unknown what he is searching for when he steps through crowds of cheerful dragons and leaves a chill behind, or why he should roam abandoned villages as if he is trying to remember something. He is not known to speak but he will become violent towards any who approach him.
