Sea slug dragon prince

Onyx is the prince of a dragon kingdom deep under sea, though seemingly royalty, nobody has ever actually seen his kingdom, or his relatives, for that matter. The others seem to doubt him, and it doesn't help that fe is easily very pouty and flustered. What they don't know is that this kingdom has been gone for a long time. They were attacked by a gang of aggressive killer whales, he was the only one able to get away. Sea slug dragons are naturally small and slow, causing their quick demise.

Fe had to struggle for feirs life, playing tricks on jellyfish in order to cull them for food. Eventually, fe learned to make clothes from their skin, thus forming the outfit he has now. 

He creates dye from black rocks found deep below, and colors his hair darker, struggling to get around his horns. Don't ask him about it though, he'll never admit it's dyed.
