Leo is an incredibly proud pokemon and he likes to show off. He has a tendency to pose dramatically and talk strangely almost like a comic book character. He seems to be very self absorbed and not care to learn the names of other pokemon even directly after they tell him their name. He's very secretive and claims to be supremely important and not allowed to share certain details because of that. No one really knows if he's telling the truth.
