THE MAIN CHARACTER
Chi is amicable and good-willed. He specializes in helping Unbleeders through their daily stress through yoga and massage routines. On the side, he even helps anyone facing deeper problems through his cheap private therapy. They're always ready to lend an ear to anyone who needs help, especially if they're an Unbleeder.
Appears a bit doe-eyed and oblivious to everyone, but they have an easy cheerfulness that's hard to come by. It's no wonder that him and his programs have become rather popular. However, some people have to wonder what goes on in that head of his!

To many people, Chi is a very simple man. He's a charitable and friendly unbleeder who spends his time helping out fellow Unbleeders. Although socially adept, they seem somewhat oblivious and naive. He appears particularly ignorant of their popularity.
"What the hell? Scratch all that, let's get something accurate."
In actuality, Chi is not the man he presents himself as. They're not very kind or good-hearted, they don't feel satisfied with helping others. They don't feel much at all.
His Unbleeder's mutation has caused him to feel suppressed emotions with his heart in, and instead of taking his heart out, he prefers the simplicity of having fewer emotions present. Perhaps that makes them insensitive, but they'd argue they've always emotionally detached from their curiosity.
So why do they help people? Because it's incredibly beneficial for them to do. Chi prides himself on being intelligent and clever-being able to think 5 steps ahead. He also finds himself working independently, being able to make his own rules, but with the sacrifice that he has fewer connections and resources. Building an attractive and practical offer means easier ways to build relationships for the future.
Another reason is that Chi is very vain and confident, to the point of arrogance. He enjoys using his natural charisma while misleading others into thinking he has no clue what he's doing. They know they can lie their way out of situations. However, this does have the effect of... underestimating others.

- Turns out, the therapies they’re doing? They’re actually a way for them to do their own… research on unbleeders-from discussing how they feel about Llawes… to how they react under extreme emotional stress of their old lives. He’s not doing this for pleasure per say, he’s bored and this is all very, very interesting
- Fascinated with the psychology of unbleeders-their life being upended, dealing with memory loss, the organisation, immortality, changing emotions, the star
- Basically, his patients are actually research subjects to him
- He use to use himself as a test subject to see if something’s worth doing or too risky, but ah… it wasn’t a good idea
Secretary/Business
After Chi saves their life and offers them a place to stay to recover, Bruno works under him as his secretary to repay him. Chi wouldn't say they're anything more than business, but he trusts Bruno to stay out of his way, and in turn, they'll stay out of theirs. They're reliable to Chi in that way. Plus, Bruno really is decent as their work.
Business-Distrust
Ah, they're under the pretense of close acquaintances and business partners, with Black Swan charitably sponsoring Chi's work. However, their relationship is built on subtle metaphors and double meanings, neither trusting the other. But Chi's confident this deal will not only be beneficial, but he'll take the winning hand.
Whatever
As Black Swan's secretary, Chi understands why Cel dutifully follows him around, but does she really need to attend the private meetings? Hmph, as long as she keeps herself quiet, he supposes it's somewhat entertaining to watch her squirm.
