Terms of Service

These are my general rules for owning, trading and selling my designs. By owning my design, You are agreeing to have read this.

General Rules:

• -Do not delete the toyhouse profile
• -By owning my designs, you have agreed to my TOS
• -You may not apply yours, or anyone else's TOS over mine.
• -Do not split any designs. If something comes on the original refsheet, it must stay with that design and toyhouse.
• All updates made to this TOS apply to designs owned before they were added.

Trading and selling:

• In order to sell a design for more than it was bought, you must add art. The art must be more than an uncolored sketch^^. Gift art adds no value.
• ocs obtained via raffle or gift = 0 value and cant be sold or traded without art added
• you can resell an oc you received through trade for the bv if its an emergenc! any added value must come from art. You may not add the value of art that came with the oc* to the value though.

Example: 

OG value= $50. you comm art worth $20. You may resell for $70

• Please make me aware before raffling my designs as it makes me uncomfortable

Redesigning:

• the new design must resemble the old one. 
• keep the old design with the toyhouse. 
• Please do not claim to be a designer.
• Do not draw or edit my art without permission from me.
• You may void a design if its apart of a species! Just make me aware first and keep the species design in the toyhouse.
• Avoid making POC designs whitewashed. Thats super weird guys

Blacklist:

Do not trade or sell my designs to these users. You will be blacklisted as well

• People who have personally broken a rule (which depending on the severity, may end with just a warning.) will be shown here
• I will also add people who show they are generally problematic (Show to not respect other designers wishes/tos, Threaten, or generally make me uncomfortable.) 
• Do not harass or send hate to these users. You will be blacklisted as well
