Vulff Shepherd

Vulff is a sheep in wolfs clothing in all manner of ways. He often pretends he is a big googly eyed wolf to scare other townsfolk around the farms.
He gets a kick out of terrifying who he can, but sleepily pushes up the mask and reveals this soft southern drawl of the sheep.
He figures he doesn't have much else to do in this small town, so better have fun!

He tells different stories how he got the wolf head and tail. Most people think he made it, but the most constant story he tells is about finding this giant beast, asleep! So he cut off its head and took it!
Another where it's a cursed treasure.
And another where he is really a werewolf, just transforming is hard.

Vulff is not very trustworthy to go along with his tricky pranks, but has a soothing voice.
Just take everything he says with a grain of salt.
