Personality

• Disciplined •
Shannon always crosses her t’s and dots her i’s. She is always a stickler for following the rules and enforcing them. She goes over and beyond to input policies and she is NOT afraid to push others to abide them. 

• Stubborn •
Both a positive, and negative trait. She can’t stop and won’t stop until the job is done RIGHT and performed in steller authenticity.  However; this can lead her to be unmoving if she thoroughly believes it is the better method (when sometimes it is not).

• Opinionated  •
“Worker B did not count the register correctly at closing?” Instantly is distrustful of them. People pointing out an old policy? Clearly they want to burn the whole place down! She has a very dogmatic way of believing and executing her policies and if told otherwise it feels like a personal attack.

… She tries to be “open-minded” just don’t expect an inch to go a mile. 

Backstory

The second youngest to a family of six. She considers herself as the black sheep of the family due to her no nonsense personality compared to her rather laissez faire siblings and parents. While she grew up being loved she also felt she was always the one that took care of everyone.  After high school she later moved to attend Topaz City’s university. She applied to work for The Grimoire part-time but later got promoted to be a manager for the establishment. Now she’s doing all she can to keep the facility afloat and keeping everyone in check from their own craziness.
