Youth spent on Firashu, it was the only home he has known. Timid, So soft spoken Baelfire is seen as callous. Which is far from the truth. Working hard in a new program; Worlds Academy. In hoping to join the World's Arms to finally be able to see the stars.
Experiencing the horrors of the world. Being used, watching death, being labled as a traitor. Baelfire cherishes every second of his new life and the companions he has made. Trying to be optimistic at every step giving an helping hand to anyone who needs it.

- A Huax is slang for Human and Ajax hybrids. The pure human race is long dead. Leaving Huaxs the last of what's left.
- Baelfire is a mutant Huax. Which is where a Huaxs hair and skin are the same as Ajaxs.
- Ranking very high on his exams. Is the first and only person from Firashu to become a pilot.
- Wearing his heart on his sleeve. Willing to love anyone if they let him.
- Cowardly and sheepish, until is has to do with work. He'll become a beast!

Inseparable, they dreamed of being together forever. But like most childish dreams that didn't last. Seeing the world different they where forced apart from each other. Very much still in love, but a love that can't be receive.
New companion and colleague at the World's Arms. Very rough an a bit cold, has a soft spot for Baelfire. The one that coined his pet name and will beat anyone up who calls him by it.
Partners, working in the bolodrio unit. Being paired up mostly due to the fact they are both from the same area. Ajax are know for being rude and heartless and Doevern is no different. Only showing a little more compassion than most from Crowpull.
