A young detective working for ShEP-Ard, a specialized government police force that deals with severe internal threats. Despite being young, Lucielle is quite capable and is highly skilled at information gathering. Her affinity allows her to see truth and lies, though it comes at a price.

Story

As a child, Lucielle had a very strong affinity and was hailed as a prophet in her adopted family. Forced to live in a room and forbidden from showing her face to anyone while she gives 'fortunes' to visiting people. Due to her ability, it was easy to make up fortunes since she could figure out what each person wanted thanks to her fish fragments. One can see truths and the other can see lies. 

Over the years, Lucielle's mental state slowly corrupted being able to see into people hearts. It brought her great anguish and having no way to deal with the stress due to being caged led her down a dark path. It wasn't until an unusual revelrie  broke into the building and took down the entire operation. Lucielle was taken in by ShEP-Ard and was meant to be given off to a new family once she was recovered. However, she wanted to repay her debts and insisted on joining the organization. While met with resistance, Lucielle's unwavering resolve and fast learning made it increasingly harder to say no. 

Despite being the youngest member of ShEP-Ard, Lucielle is more than able to handle herself. While at times she wants nothing more than to destroy the fish that have brought her much despair, for her now they're useful tools to help save others with. 

Lucielle fights with Nine to try and win over fellow ShEP-Ard agent Sven, often acting close and affectionate with him.

Design Points:

Her fish are part of her body and never leave too far always slowly swimming in the air. She has a long dark pink strand of hair that hangs outwards. Can be drawn with or without her jacket.
