Ruki

Ruki is a cheeky and curious girl that tends to eavesdrop on others' conversations that pique her interest. Because of this constant spying on others, she became cursed with an elongated neck. Unfamiliar with how to fully control it, Ruki often strains her neck too hard trying to stretch out more than she possibly can, or through pushing her head down to quickly hide her long neck curse in public.

Personality:

Ruki is very bubbly and surprisingly kindhearted, but just a little cheeky. Despite her tendency to spy on passerby, she doesn't do it out of malice. Most of the time she does it due to her own boring life (boring before she became a rokurokubi) and wanting to listen in on the more exciting things happening to others. She even believes the plainest of her friends has a more interesting life than her.
Her cheeky side comes from wanting self-amusement and a bit of attention, but not too much. Ruki sometimes shares the gossip she hears with others if she thinks it's harmless enough to pass around. It's some of those people sharing it around that gets her in trouble for being the main source, and what makes most people view her as a troublemaker.
With her new long neck, her cheeky side became more prominent. She can easily eavesdrop from afar and retract her neck if someone is about to look in her direction. She even sometimes scares random passerby by stretching her neck out when they least expect it.

Powers/Attributes:

Long Neck:As a newly formed rokurokubi, Ruki's neck is able to extend up to 2'/60.9cm without causing excessive strain. She doesn't really have full control of it. It usually stretches out when she's super angry, excited, or scared. She did figure out a way to force it to stretch, but not a way to retract it quickly. It's about as strong as a regular human's neck - not very... (this frustrates her greatly)
