Dira - or FF379 - is technically a 'failed' experiment a part of the Tenae labs. These experiments are ones that went well, but didn't go the way it was intended. Dira is an all around sweet little thing, fused with a male wooper and a female cacnea in the egg - it's a little dumb, but has a heart bigger that its body and is an all around favourite to all the lab workers and pokemon alike.
