Carrion robs graves to sell the organs of the recently deceased on the black market. Whatever corpses he finds that aren't up to snuff are either reburied or raised as short-term minions. He uses his ill-gotten gains to fund his various frivolous hobbies.

Carrion is a lycanthrope; on the full and new moons he transforms into a massive werebeast and terrorizes the area around his home. Neither wolf nor bat, he refers to his other half as Abattoir. He claims that the two have almost entirely seperate consciousness, and prefers to let Abattoir do whatever it wants to while it's out, not really bothering to keep him in check unless it suits his fancy. Though mostly at peace with his condition, Carrion is constantly fighting with Abattoir over his business practices. Carrion wants to sell what he digs up, Abattoir would much rather eat it.
