Percival and Oleander

A mighty wizard who has locked himself away in a mighty tower to study the most magnificent of spells. He’s well known in the Wiz Society for not understanding the concept of love; and cares more about magic.

Percy is rather deadpan and unemotional; because Oleander, his creation, has latched themselves onto Percy and drains his emotions. 

Oleander is actually an astral, parasitic being like what Axela once was; and may contain some of her DNA; as Percy has been noted to have taken an astral-sample of axela’s “skin” with her consent.
