Laurelin

An elven scholar travelling Eriador in hopes of learning about the other peoples of Middle Earth and helping anyone who needs it.

Personality: Laurelin is fairly cheerful and quick to act. She has an insatiable curiosity which often gets her into trouble (though the knowledge she gains is often worth it, in her opinion). Her social skills are practically non existent, but she's a skilled archer and excellent at stealth and investigation.

Backstory: Laurelin's family have always been content to live in Lindon, but she's always wanted to see the world beyond the lands of the elves. Eventually she left and spent some time exploring Wilderland, where she later met Ouen and Ingolf and began her new life as an adventurer.

Notable Equipment:

• Hunar: an elegant Numenorean bow made of light steel. Laurelin's go-to weapon, given to her by her hobbit friend Ouen after she saved his life.
  
• Eternal Light: An elven longsword. Glows in the presence of orcs. Given to Laurelin by her human companion Ingolf, who received it from an elf as a reward for rescuing his friend.
  
• Stock's Ring: A silver ring set with a green stone. Heightens Laurelin's senses (bonus to Scan)
  
• Silken Cloak: A soft black cloak crafted for Laurelin by her beorning companion Grimbeorn. It gives a bonus to Stealth.
  
• Elven Lute: A high quality, hand made lute, painted with a delicate floral pattern. Her brother made it for her before she left on her adventure. She rarely uses it, but it has a lot of sentimental value.
