By owning/buying one of my designs, you automatically acknowledge & accept my TOS:

You can:

• Resell my designs but not for more than what you bought them for, unless they have extra art.
• Trade or gift my designs.
• Alter my designs in any way; add accessories, change markings, Etc. You will still need to credit me for the original design, though!

You cannot:

• Redistribute/steal/exploit my work.
• Make my designs private or otherwise negate me keeping track of my work. 
• Resell my designs for more than what you bought them for, unless they come with extra art.
• Claim my work as your own.
• Turn my one-offs or original designs into a species.
