Shinobu

As a villain under the name of Kuroshi (黒糸 lit. "Black Thread"), Shinobu is distant and taciturn to just about anybody she encounters. She rarely betrays any emotion, even to her comrades in the League of Villains. While Shinobu generally obeys her superiors and is decently cooperative when working in teams, she may have bouts of overconfidence in which she will rely on her own instinct above all else.

Typical of a shinobi/ninja, Shinobu is stealthy and agile in combat and appears to have no qualms against assassination as she keeps a concealed holster of shurikens and small knives on her belt.

Nonetheless, Shinobu also interacts with society as a civilian, and is known to be very sweet and thoughtful to the community—easily the last person anyone would expect to be involved with the League. Outside of her villain work, Shinobu's personality takes a complete 180 turn as an expressive but easily flustered girl who is cheerful to a fault. This disposition does not appear to be a facade, however, and Shinobu treats it as a part of herself that she prefers not to exhibit as a villain.

• While Shinobu's natural eye colour is brown, she keeps a variety of coloured contacts. She uses the silver and purple ones the most, and is seen with contacts much more often than not.
