Belial the Shard of Chaos

Belial was created from a shard of chaos. Much to be expected, she is chaos incarnate. Bell loves playing pranks, dancing naked in the moonlight, and trying new foods. Most of the time, when not following the orders of hell, Belial travels the planes. Beneath the chaos, Belial secretly wants to learn to paint and have a private studio somewhere that no one knows about.
