Kafefe (カフェフェ)

An owner of a very popular cafe.  He believes strongly in living a refined and elegant life, like a fine, fresh brewed cup of coffee.  Aside from his appearance, he takes great pride in the coffee and pastries that his cafe offers.  He can become quite irate if he is accused of cutting corners or taking shortcuts.  Occasionally, he can be seen with his tongue sticking out, this is because he'll go as far as burning his tongue to find the right temperature for his brews.  Though some might point out that no one would drink a coffee that's so hazardously hot, Kafefe claims that true coffee connoisseurs will gladly risk life and limb for the perfect cup.

He ties his tie in an eldredge knot.  The birthmark on his face looks similar to the ring shaped stain of a cup of coffee, which did play a part in his eventual interest in the drink.
