Halphas wants only to build towers and arm them. He will do so for anyone that asks, regardless of their intent. He also excels in tactics, and is capable of leading armies. He finds war and anything related beautiful.
His voice is supremely deep, despite his small stature. If asked, he can change it to a more normal but raspy tone.
His nightmare realm is a tower with a seemingly endless amount of floors, though there does not appear to be anything outside of the tower. The walls are lined with weaponry, and decorated with high, elaborate stained glass windows. They cannot be seen through, though light always filters through them from the other side.
His presence causes a feeling of domination.
