Offbeat Antics

His name was originally meant to be Upbeat Antics but was changed to Offbeat Antics after his creators damaged his puppet during construction, causing his voice to break/alter all the time :] 

Even though their name was changed,  most of his city's inhabitants still called him Upbeat Antics as they thought it was a better fit :)
