Agatepaw stands only 2 inches shorter than the average height for her age. Her pelt coloration is seal tortoiseshell. She is mottled with shades of brown and cream on her tortoiseshell pelt, accompanied with darker colorpoints. Her coat is thick and plush, great for the colder weather. It is also a medium length, lightly billowing down her body. Her tail is long, smooth, and plumy. She has thick, mane-like white neck fur. Agatepaw’s eyes are a calm icy-blue that have a downturned shape. Her dark ears are tufted with white fur. Her stature is small, alongside thin and lean.

Not many cats are sure what to make of Agatepaw’s eccentricity. Her voice and demeanor are often distant and dreamy, as she often spaces out or appears to be daydreaming. She’s a serene cat who seems to be rather difficult to upset. The molly seems to lack self-consciousness, instead she unapologetically shows her “true” self. However, some seem to be put off by this as this means she is brutally honest and rather blunt. Most of her speech can be misunderstood as incoherent ramblings; however, this is quite the opposite. Though she has an eccentric way of speaking, Agatepaw offers rather good advice and is surprisingly good at comforting others. She judges no one, unless they are completely irredeemable. At times, she can be a bit airheaded despite her quick intelligence and observational skills. Her personality often means that she is the brunt of others’ jokes and jabs, which she hardly ever fights off. Agatepaw despises getting into fights and often avoids confrontation due to this hatred.

A close-knit family was nothing Agatepaw ever knew; while she was born and raised in BadgerClan, every Clanmate knew she had rogue blood flowing through her veins. Her mother was a BadgerClan queen, raised to uphold BadgerClan values and be the best warrior she could be. Her father, on the other end, was a rogue traveling through the territories. Instead of chasing the charming tom out of BadgerClan’s territory, Agatepaw’s mother fell for him and met with him often within the territory. It wasn’t long before the BadgerClan molly fell pregnant. This discovery had shocked BadgerClan, but not many had judged her; the she-cat was never really close with any of the potential sires of the Clan, but perhaps there was more behind the scenes that others couldn’t see.

When Agatepaw was born, her mother had revealed the truth about her father. Some cats were shocked, others outraged, a few had no negative reactions. When questioned, her mother had said that she split off the relationship with the rogue tom and would instead be raising her sole daughter alone. However, suspicions began to arise in her Clanmates when the queen began to distance herself from her kit. It took off slowly; only a few weeks after Agatepaw was born, her mother would leave the nursery for nearly an hour almost every day. Soon, that one hour turned into many hours every day that she would leave Agatepaw for the other queens to deal with; she would only come back on a schedule to feed Agatepaw then leave once more. Even more startling, the queen began to try and wean her kit by attempting to feed her solid prey when she was barely even a moon old; she had only stopped when some of her Clanmates expressed their concerns. Some were hardly shocked when the queen had announced that she would be leaving, now that Agatepaw had been fully weaned from her milk. She stated simply that she had never actually broken up with the tom. Now, she would be leaving BadgerClan to start a family with him and travel. In the process, she had left the family she had already created for a new one.

During the rest of her kithood, Agatepaw was strangely quiet and withdrawn. Some of her Clanmates could hardly blame her, not after she was left with no family around her. As she grew older and closer to becoming an apprentice, Agatepaw still an oddity within BadgerClan. She would often sit alone, staring blankly at the sky. Her favorite was to sit at night, watching the stars with wide and observant eyes. She never seemed to hang out with her denmates as she would much rather sit in silence. When she was apprenticed, she never really changed much. However, others could see that Agatepaw was slowly coming out of her shell. Despite this, the young molly still remains unable to spark conversations; still, she’s seen as too odd of an apprentice.
