Origin Story
"alright, let's do this one last time"
Spider-Amp was bitten by a radioactive spider one night while camping, in an underground industrial factory. The factory unethically tested animals using toxic mutative chemicals. Being the punk rock loser she is, she tried to sneak into the factory thinking it was abandoned. Upon discovering the horrors of the factory, such as holding animals hostage for testing products, she attempted to set most of the animals free into the forest. During this process, she set off a security system within a room containing glowing, mutated radioactive spiders. Frightened by the blaring alarm, the spiders began to scramble out of their enclosures, falling to the ground in hopes of finally escaping escape. Mikey tried to scramble outside of the factory, while attempting to help the animals escape. They barely made it out successfully when one of the radioactive spiders bit her as she retreated back to her camp, slowly discovering her new powers.
