02 — Personality
A very gentle man, Allen can come off as somewhat shy at first. Despite that, however, he is incredibly starved for affection and interaction, and seeks it out vehemently. He may seem unfit to be a Demon Slayer due to his soft nature, and he would be inclined to agree, but he is actually quite skilled in medicine. Without him, countless other slayers would have perished.
Even after being turned into a demon, Allen refused to harm any human, not even eating their corpses after Lilith killed them. As a demon, he is a lot lonelier, and a lot sadder.

03 — Background
Early Life
Allen was born as a twin. Compared to his twin, Allen was weaker, and more sickly. His poor constitution caused their mother to dote over Allen to an extreme, obsessive extent. She treated him less as human, and more as a fragile doll. All the while his stronger brother was neglected and ignored, creating a level of resentment towards Allen.
Despite knowing he was resented, however, Allen was always kind, and always treasured the little time he was able to spend with his brother.
That is, at least, until his brother ran away, abandoning Allen. Shortly after, Allen fell under the control of a demon and took his mothers' life. He was found by the Oyakata-sama's wife days after that event, and taken in.
Life as a Slayer
He is a poor swordsman, lacking both the strength and fortitude to actually slay most demons. However, during final selection he was able to make himself useful by treating the wounds of fellow slayers - most notably, a young man named Harurou, who was fataly wounded, and in return, saved Allen's life. Without Harurou, Allen would have died during the final selection.
Thus Far
Allen was able to continue fighting as part of the demon slayer corps, raising his rank to that of Kanoe - before falling into a devious trap laid by a demon. Using a child as bait, Allen rushed in - ultimately paying with his life.
His story did not end there, however. As the demon who tricked him turned him into a demon - and started to use him as a new piece of bait...
04 — Skills

Frost Breathing; An art Allen devised, based on both water and insect breathing.

Lunarsynthesis; As a demon, Allen is able to heal and regain energy by being under the full moon.

Medic; Allen is incredibly skilled in the art of healing others. Both in making medicines and tonics, and in more practical means, such as fashioning of splints and bandages

Nimble Fingers; Allen is very good with his hands, and very precise. He is able to quickly and easily sew wounds closed, even in the heat of battle.

High Empathy; While at times it can be detrimental to his own health, Allen shows a high amount of empathy for others around him.

Blood Demon Art; As a demon, Allen knows he has a blood demon art - however, he has yet to figure out what his is.
05 — Relationships
Found Family
The demon slayer that Allen saved in Final Selection. While he expected that would be the last the two would ever see one another, Allen was proved incorrect.
At first they were just aquaintances, but over time grew as close as brothers.
Enemies
The demon who captured and turned Allen, Lilith has consistently been ruining Allen's life.
