When sitting by the river, sing:

“I'm looking where the streams may bring

my wayward notes and fleeting words

my dreamy thoughts of skies and birds”

and those around who catch your plea

those that lurk by town or sea

may rise above the waves of water

and come to find your deadly slaughter

as you have judged, with mind and soul

“To punish the guilty, that is my goal.”

When sitting by the river, chant:

“I'm looking where the streams may land

these mournful words and hurtful rhymes

these cadences of truths and lies”

and those around who feel your plight

those mindful souls who know its might

may rise above the waves of water

to find your calming words and wander

along your side by day and night

to know your name and sooth your blight

Personality - Ephraimos is a vindictive and hateful personality who enjoys nothing more than dishing out punishments to the people he despises. He is fiercely loyal and dedicated to his beliefs; he is therefor hard to convince and very unforgiving. His long imprisonment and childhood void of love or affection has made him cold and unfeeling. He does not care for life or humanity, seeing that he himself cannot seem to die. He doesn't hold anything sacred other than the idea of justice; he aims to serve punishment to those who have wronged him all his life. He has deep hatred for the people who fear him and he despises the fickleness of the common person's convictions. His observations of human nature has demonstrated to him that most ignore their ideas of morality and kindness the second the person they're dealing with is seen as none-human. As a result, he is even quicker to judge those who are hypocritical and inconsistent in their beliefs.

Story - Ephraimos has spent a century locked in a tower, living what could only be described as a twisted version of the Rapunzel story. He can manipulate his long, jet-black hair like tentacles; This has caused his parents to fear him from an early age, seeing that he would strangle small animals and even attempt to hurt other people. At the age of 12, he was put inside a prison tower where he was under close supervision of a guard witch. She would take care of his needs as well as keep the outside world safe from his ever-growing wrath towards humanity. The more he grew, the more his powers developed and the more uncontrolable his temper was. It wasn't long before the guard witch had to chain him in a room and tie his hair with a special hair-tie wich would seal his powers away. During his century-long imprisonment, his hatred towards his captors and the people that feared him became relentless. He spent his days chained up, scheming his escape and eventual revenge, his violent desires becoming stronger as each day passed.

Eventually, a young thief woman would find him in his tower during one of her burglary expeditions. The guard witch had been skillfully knocked out and seeing that Ephraimos had been chained up in his room for decades, the thief had no idea there was another person inside the tower. She was startled at first, but upon seeing his chains she felt sorry for him. Ephraimos  slyly convinced her to cut off his hair tie because even though she felt pity for him, she was too wary to undo his chains. Upon cutting the hair tie, his powers were unleashed once again and he broke his chains in an instant. Despite what the burglar expected after seeing him laugh maniacly as he spoke of his violent revenge plans, he did not kill her and in stead he offered her a favor of equal value to his newly found freedom.

How to not be murdered by Ephraimos:
• Have committed no crimes or sinful behaviour in the past (or have it balanced out by good deeds)
• Don't show fear towards him.
