Raffle!'s Ownership

Due to certain circumstances, I was forced to put my TOS in global terms.

RULES :

-Characters can be put back on sale after having them for a week. 

- Please don't make hateful art with my characters

-They cannot be resold at a higher price if you do not have extra art. 

-His price only increases if he has extra art. 

-If you got it through trade, it can only be traded/gifted. 

-It doesn't matter if the character was originally sold for some currency, if you got it through trade, it can only be traded. 

-Only in case of having been sold in dollars, deviant points its value increases in that currency. Also the same goes for the ac's. 

-My gifts can NEVER be sold for a coin, they can only be exchanged and preferably given away again. Mostly I prefer that you don't get art from my gifts but if you want to you can only get an icon. I don't care if the design is a full body. 

-In my gifts it also applies to have art so that it can be sold again, but as I said, I much prefer that they be given away again. 

-These rules can increase, now I will only include the basics. Also, don't take advantage of what I give away, I really like to give things away, it's not for you to take advantage of that.

- Don't put my characters in private, I like to keep an order, know where they are, sometimes I like to draw my designs. 

- It is forbidden to make NSFW content of my designs, no, you can't save it so I don't see it and that's it, you can't. If you are going to acquire one of my characters, you accept this rule, NOTHING from NSWF. no, you cannot hide that type of art so that you do not see it and have it, it is prohibited. You can draw gore, that's fine with me. 

- You can't re-design my designs, only I can do that, to re-design a design of mine, you must have permission and show me how you want to re-design it (I can refuse the redesign.) I prefer not to change anything to my characters other than very slight changes, if you don't like the design that much, don't buy it. 

- You can't profit from my characters. (You can, but you have to ask my permission, come to an agreement.)

- If the design is more than two years old, maybe I will give you permission to redesign it, but for this, you have to ask me for permission.

- You cannot profit from my characters in any way, put them in a series, play, image of a channel. (You can ask my permission but if you don't let me know, your character will be removed and you will be added to the blacklist.)

BLACKLIST 

These people can NOT receive Adopts from me by any means, some are here for personal reasons and if possible, I will give reasons. 

- @caramells_0 —  She offered for my adopts, we agreed payment and drawings but I was gloo. I tried to reach her multiple times without success, scammer. 

- Kallie — It was rude, I ignore what I told him in a gacha, I asked him not to edit his comment, he did it three times when I warned him the first time.

- trash_sonikku — I am on his blacklist and I have never lived with this person, besides that I have never tried to have a character or had. 

- @_Yosse_ — personal topics. 

- _SweetGalax_ — Ignore my messages, that is annoying and uncomfortable for me. + personal problems.
