An alien outlaw who is incredibly intelligent. He's designed and built weapons and tools, and also spacecrafts.
He was once captured the the Nebulian Lawforce but very quickly escaped from his cell and stole a spacecraft to escape the meteorite prison.
Now we wanders the galaxy on the run but still commits crime against the Nebulian Government
