—> Usually in a foul mood.

—> Has a very very one sided rivalry with the new leader,  Brindlestar. He happens to be two moons younger than Bitternpaw, adding  insult to injury.

—> Partway into her apprenticeship, Bitternpaw learned of her  half-clan heritage at the same moment the rest of her clan did. She  wonders if this is why Lionstar neglected to give her a warrior ceremony  (though it’s equally likely he simply overlooked all the young cats who  weren’t his son).

—> Her mentor has done what they can to support her, knowing her  frustration is justified, but she lashes out in her anger and their  goodwill towards her is running thin.

—> Ey’s no longer friends with eir peers after the revelation that  her father is an enemy of the clan. They’ve been judgemental and  question her loyalty.

—> She doesn’t get along with most older cats for the same reasons,  but she finds that younger apprentices and kits are more willing to look  past her parentage.

—> As a younger apprentice, eir devotion to eir clan had never  wavered. But now, as ey grows more and more disillusioned, ey’s not sure  if eir future is in the clan ey grew up in. The only thing holding em  to it is eir refusal to prove The Haters right
