I-3L (read eye-three-el) is a digital construct, traveling the internet of a far-future sci-fi world. She's cheerful, bubbly, and always willing to help- as long as it lines up with her ambition of gaining power and influence. What's she gonna do with all that power and influence? ...Well, she isn't exactly sure yet, but she'll come up with something!
DESIGN NOTES:
-the "hair" is intended to be rigid, shiny and semi-transparent (feel free to do whatever you want with it tho LOL draw it however's easiest)
-I-3L is physically more of a virtual avatar than a physical being (they're a hologram, not a robot), so do with that what you will- however you have full permission to draw something that contradicts this if it looks cool LOL
