DESIGNS↴

You are allowed to make modifications to the design, however I ask that you please keep it recognizable to the original design
- even when you change the design's species
- As well please ask if you are going to change species because it could not be allowed in the species's tos
You can make sub-designs/secondary versions however I ask you to keep that design and the design I created together no matter what to prevent possible issues in the future of two designs floating around
You are allowed to hue change the design
Do not resell the design more than what you paid for unless it has extra art
Please give me a heads up if you do private the design.

SPECIES DESIGNS↴

My TOS will go by the species’s tos (if the species will not allow nsfw or certain things drawn, I will follow these rules)
Password is tell me what is your new year's resolution
My designs in species will not be allowed in anyway of commercialization, if you are seen doing this, I will report you to the main admins of the species
If you are blacklisted from the species, I will not take your request and will block if necessary

OFFER TO ADOPT PAYMENTS↴

The day I accept your O.T.A payment, you have two months to finish your payment
- Deadlines will always be state in reply or on the toyhou.se profile
If a design if on hold for you, you have two months before I let go of your hold
- Once you start your O.T.A payment (you must let me know), you have two months just like stated above
If you have a reason to take a while (broken pc/tablet, emergency, etc), please communicate with me as I can extend your deadline
You are only allowed to do O.T.A payments on up to three designs. After that, you will not able able to offer on future designs until you finish at least one payment.
