Carmine Sangrey

A powerful socialite vampire, turned in the early 1900s. She uses her charms to manipulate others into doing her bidding, and wishes to maintain and grow her influence within vampire society. 

Being only a little over a century old, she's considered an upstart by some older vampires, but she pays them no mind. 

Underneath her selfish motives, she does truly care about her fellow vampires, especially those within her coven. 

She has a specific interest in vampiric magic, and wishes to learn it. As it stands, she would only consider herself to be middling at best compared to other magic users, strong with hypnosis but otherwise unreliable with anything else.

She's also Theo's ex-wife. Lol.

Abilities:

Blood Magic: Carmine’s magic can only manifest when she has ingested blood recently - which is not much of an issue as she regularly does so.
Enhanced Senses: Carmine can differentiate individual scents nearby. She can taste the air to track her prey. She can hear a pin drop from a block away.
Hypnosis: Carmine can hypnotize non-vampires and fledgelings to do her bidding. She can maintain this hypnosis as long as she’s within a few blocks of them. She can command them to do things they would not normally do, up to and including hurting themselves or others.
