Elkfrost was put under massive pressure from her clan to become leader at a young age, as the current leader and deputy, her grandfather and mother, were dying, and didn’t have long to live. She reluctantly did so, becoming Elkstar, trying to balance the pressure of being a leader, grieving and living her life. She found comfort in Rattlesnake.
