Hime's hair and feathers are meant to be an iridescent and artists have freedom with how they display that.
Because of her memory loss issues, Hime carries around a journal which she writes about her thoughts inside.
Hime is usually a pretty calm character but if anyone tries to touch her journal hostility builds up.
She follows the life rule of 'enjoying everything while she remembers it.'
Since her quirk basically makes her immortal, the Government provides parental figures for each cycle.
Her original family is long gone and she currently lives with her 2nd government provided family.
It is important for me to state that each cycle is basically a new life and her mentality is that of her age for the current cycle.
After classes, Hime is required to visit the infirmary to check for cracks and chips.
It is not uncommon for Hime to forget friends and relationships, resulting in her having very few relationships.
Whenever she is flustered, Hime sets on fire.
Hime attracts birds and usually get swarmed when she is in the park.

[Quirk and Abilities]

Phoenix:
Hime shares traits with the mythical bird, the Phoenix.
Strengths:

Immortal:
Hime is technically immortal when she dies her body combusts cleaving a pile of ashes containing a newborn version of herself. Although Hime is technically the same person physically, this works similarly to reincarnation and she starts a new life from a child upwards with little to no memories of her past cycles.
Flight:
Hime's wings change size when she uses her flames, the bigger her wings the more she can fly but in their usual state she can hover slightly.
Flames:
Similarly to the mythical phoenix, Hime can produce and manipulate flames. This is very energy consuming and can make her overheat, eventually passing out from exhaustion.

Weaknesses

Ash Body:
A side effect of Hime's immortality is that her body is actually made from a mixture of regular human cells and ash. This makes her body extremely fragile like a doll, limiting her to a long distance/ support hero. When her body is damaged, it begins to crack, chip and crumble depending on how severe the injuries are. In past cycles, Hime has lost limbs because of injuries that would be harmless to others.
Memory loss:
An additional side effect to Hime's ash body is that injuries that cause her to lose ash, result in memory loss based on the amount of lost. The memories lost are completely random. Major injuries lead to extreme amnesia and the problems that come along with the condition.
Environment:
Like all elemental quirks, an environment has to be taken into consideration. Crowded areas and areas full of flammable items really limit what Hime can do.
Control:
Controlling flames is a very difficult task, Hime has to make sure her emotions are stable and her focus on the flames. When Hime is distressed or angry, the size of the flames increases along with the danger levels. Furthermore, because her focus is on her flames, Hime is open to attacks.
