This au still revolves around Aliana and artic but there will still be conflict with Sheila and Daenta
In this au Artic works as an underboss for Lucinda. She runs a bar to help Lucinda pay off anything she needs. Aliana is just an outsider here with Lucinda still being her mom. The two haven't talked in ages though after Lucinda paired Aliana up with an abusive man (ofc she didn't know tho) Aliana just so happens to catch Artic's attention when she notices her sitting by herself in the corner drinking alone. Thus begins the two's very complicated relations lol
Mafia artic- the underboss for the gang known as "Sunlit Scorch" She works at one of the bars under the gang's territory and usually gets drunk despite her colleague's complaints. Hence why she is always seen either chugging down bottles in competitions with other customers or flirting. That is how she meets aliana who was sitting alone in a booth. Even so, she CAN be serious when problems arise (fights inside her bar, other gangs coming in, etc). She's VERY protective of aliana since her boyfriend is abusive and aliana is pretty defenseless
Mafia aliana- a sweet, caring girl who accidentally managed to get herself noticed by the underboss of a mafia gang. Aliana always saw artic as a friend until they got too tipsy one night and artic spilled her feelings. Of course, Aliana didn’t immediately accept them but she did gradually grow to like artic and enjoy her protective warmth. She does stick around often to artic whenever she’s not with her abusive boyfriend
Mafia sheila - apart of daenta’s mafia group, “phantom poison.” She and daenta were childhood friends until they were 8, when daenta’s parents died in a gun fight. After daenta’s parents passed, she was taken away and never returned until both her and Sheila were in their 20’s. In the mean time, sheila grew up to act like a slut, seducing whoever caught her eye with their money. Despite being friends with rila and shinza who constantly told her to stop mistreating others, she never listened. This ended up back firing on her as one day, daenta returned a completely different person than who she was during their childhood. She grew to be mysterious, sauve and even eerie, something sheila didn’t think she’d ever see in daenta.
when daenta returned, it was like a switch was flipped inside sheila as she found herself constantly staring at her old friend. Some day she just finally had enough and stormed up to daenta, demanding to know why she disappeared for so long without a word. It was only then that Sheila realized daenta wasn’t acting, she truly had become more seductive and sauve. After that day, sheila acted less seductive, knowing full well she was being watched by her new boss, and knowing whoever she tried seducing would likely fall under daenta’s hand
While sheila feels somewhat uncomfortable, she decides to use this to her advantage and tries to get daenta’s attention on artic and her bar, having been constantly annoyed by them and their intervention with stealing what she claimed was ‘hers’
Mafia daenta - a once playful and sweet child who was forced to grow up after her parents died. She never truly had the intention of taking over her parents gang, for she only wanted to stay with Sheila and play with her. When they first took her away, she was heartbroken over not being able to see her friend. Over time though, her heart break is what made her craze to see sheila again. She went from loving sheila in a normal way, to wanting every inch of her for herself and she knew she could achieve this by training herself to be a strong mafia boss. For all the years she was gone, she spent it training how to mask her emotions, trained herself to fire and aim a gun and even learned hand-to-hand combat. When she felt she was ready, she returned back to her old home where her new gang resided
The first night daenta saw Sheila, she felt like a child on Christmas eyeing their gift. Yet she refused to let herself be the first to approach, wanting Sheila to come to her like an obedient pet. And it did happen, just not in the way she believe it would happen. Sheila’s new attitude and seductive behavior drove daenta more crazy, angered at the thought of others touching what she wanted to be hers.
if you ever think of touching sheila, don’t. Daenta will absolutely beat the life out of you and walk away with her little princess
