Raven

Raven is an ancient air witch of legend.
She is wrapped in mystery and rumors that she does not debunk nor confirm. Only those closest to her have an idea of what is actually true.

She is immortal, the story goes that she helped save the gods from a terrible fate and they granted her with immortality.
She has been confirmed to have at least been born a very long time before Gifting Day as she was close to the Light Goddess, Vina at the time.

Raven can be hard to track down at times as she lives in a cottage that changes locations frequently though occasionally she teaches at Ronwe, the witch school.

Her familiar is a raven named Kuhi who is able to transform into a human form. It is believed he is this powerful because he has been connected to a witch for so long.

She also possesses a rare air staff, such a staff can only be created by using someones spirit. Creating such a staff requires you to curse another being and gives you control over them. It is highly discouraged.
His named is Kyousuke and he used to be human before his curse. Raven found him at a sale a long time ago and took the opportunity presented to her. She gives him freedom though, allowing him to change freely between staff and human form. They are very close.

Raven is quite powerful, being skilled in every air witch ability and even being able to do things that air witches wouldn't usually be able to do. This is a result of her long life, being able to practice and research things normal witches wouldn't be able to.

She is only half an air witch, her other half being a raven genetic. This shows in the wings on her head which actually also function as ears. She is able to spread them and flutter them when she feels like it.

She was originally inspired, a long time ago, by Soul Eater. She was both a witch and a meister while Kyousuke was her weapon. They have come a long way since then.
