She prefers colder climates
Spends most of her time flying and observing
Like herbal and floral teas
She's reserved and well spoken
She spent most of her childhood being around (and raised by) humans, and therefore doesn't behave like other hybrids. She lives in the snowy mountains of Ska in a cabin-like estate, not too far from a secluded village. Because this goes against what many other dragons do, she doesn't socialise with many of them (she finds them intimidating).
She carries around arrows made from sharpened iron. She has been tasked with the duty to protect the village from hostile fae and dragons as the people of the town are left quite exposed to outward attacks (because the village is located high on a mountain, that means that most of the attacks are rare and mainly consist of dragons).
Like many other dragons Harper likes to hoards certain (shiny) objects. Anything that catches her eye that doesn't (clearly) belong to someone is fair game, and because of this many random things can be found in her home.
