TideClan

The camp lies nestled in a natural cave within the mountain. The main entrance is relatively large, there are, however, two other secret entrances only the cats of MountainClan know about and through which a cat could just fit through. Many holes and splits above the main chamber offer a source of light during the day. The dens are six separate sub-chambers fitted with moss and protected by walls of leaves and alike. At the end of the main chamber is a large, upwards-pointed rock called "Pointed Rock" around which Clan meetings are held.

The Range is a wide, rocky open area overgrown with grass tall enough for a cat to hide in it. It is dotted with a few pine trees and bushes here and there, but otherwise a cat would be highly vulnerable out in the open. The landscape itself tends to be uneven and reaching high into the sky, leaving a lot of places only accessible via climbing. Several small streams coming down from the camp eventually join together and lead further down through the pine forest and into the lake to the east.

Parts of the pine forest which originally belonged to ForestClan were surrendered willingly after the other Clan determined it too treacherous to pass the Thundering Path. Here, cats are much more protected from predators and send out hunting patrols. Somewhere in the thick canopy lies a clearing with many herbs growing there. A much larger stream formed by the many smaller streams prior runs right through the clearing, offering one of many sources of water to the cats. The ground here is much softer earth as opposed to the rocks further up in the Range.

The Thundering Path is a thunderpath splitting one part of the forest from the other and marking the border between MountainClan and ForestClan. Most cats tend to avoid it due to the noise and horrid smell of the monsters and the path itself. However, a curious apprentice may dare to venture here from time to time, only tp eventually be scared off by either a monster passing by or twolegs stopping along the path to rest.
