A carpenter pegasus who loves a good blueberry pie. Her name is no reference to the saying as Luck is her last name and Tough is a reference to her hardiness.
Making her name I realised how inconsistant naming is in mlp. The Pies seem to be the only ones who passed down their last names, so the situation is the same for Tough Luck.
