My TOS may change over time and I will make a bulletin each time I modify, delete, or add rules!

Any "DAWG" designs I have made will be added to a design backlog on https://dawgsaurbacklog.crd.co.

RE-SELLING: 

My designs can be resold for money after trade, payment by artwork, or raffle; but only for low amounts (anything under 10$ or price mentioned in “Character Permissions” below my TOS.) 

Personal art (art drawn by the owner) worth should be halved when reselling. This is just to prevent massive character price flipping!

I don't mind if you sell characters for a little more if you're in a rough situation, just please contact me first before doing so.

Characters that have a resell price in their character permissions can be resold for that price, no matter the circumstance. (This price is in USD.) This price can be built off of with additional art (that is still following my personal art and additional art rules) UNTIL it is traded, which will reset it back to the base price.

CO-OWNING: 

You may co-own my designs but my designs may not have more than one profile on Toyhouse. 

REDESIGNING:

You may redesign any design made by me but do not completely alter it to where it is unrecognizable. You can always ask me if a redesign is too much!

Don't redesign my designs into closed species unless given permission by me!

PERSONAL USE: 

You may use the design for world building, story development, anything of the sorts. Can be used in games, literature, and other stuff.

You may create NSFW/triggering content of my designs, just remember to follow Toyhouse rules of tagging explicit content.

misuse of a character will result in a friendly warning. If misuse continues, I may add you to a blacklist.
